Rate limit path may also return a hard-coded -1003 string from RateLimitInterceptor (wording differs slightly from the enum message template).
WebSocket application errors use { "code", "msg", "id" } with HTTP-like codes 400 / 401 / 429 (see WS docs), distinct from REST ApiErrorCode integers.
